Australian's are encouragingly attending health and fitness centres and studios to remain fit and support their mental health. This industry supports a reduction in absenteeism and reduces the cost on the healthcare system.
A holistic approach from a range of stakeholders such as government, industry, business and community is seen as a key to encouraging inactive individuals to become more active in a range of different exercise modes from high intensity training to restorative yin yoga.
