The WA Association for Mental Health have a range of events to support Mental Health week commencing the 8th October 2022. One of these includes a breakfast at the UWA Club with key specialist speakers discussing how our mind, body, environment, and life experiences can contribute to processing and healing so we can move forward to living out our best lives. There is also a free workout morning being held on Rottnest Island on the 8th October 2022. to start Mental Health week.

The Commonwealth government's call for ideas to inform and shape a new National cultural Policy for the next decade has received over 2000 submissions - most are now available to view. A mountain bike day in the Shire of Collie are just one of the events being offered during WA Bike Month.
