 Skills service organisation Skills IQ have released for comment, draft 2 of the SIT Tourism, Travel, and Hospitality training package with particular reference to cookery qualifications. Nine cookery qualifications, 5 skill sets, and 68 units of competency have been reviewed as part of this project. Drafts may be viewed here and feedback will be accepted until COB Friday 25th June 2021.
