Anglicare Australia have published a report (January 2023) that shows that Australia's record low unemployment has not altered the plight of the long term unemployed. The report puts forward a range of policy recommendations from a both a supply and demand perspective, the removal of regulatory penalties and practical skills and training measures to address inequality in the employment landscape.
