Anna Thomas Industry Manager Sport and Recreation, Print and Graphic Arts, Racing and Equine Anna has joined FutureNow following her role as Policy Advisor with the Resources Industry Training Council where she provided advice on training and workforce development issues to meet current and future needs of the mining, oil and gas and downstream process manufacturing industries. Recent roles have centered around stakeholder partnerships, business development and portfolio management. Her background as a migrant to Australia and roles in assessment, employment pathways, recruitment and teaching have provided a solid platform for adapting communication styles based on target audiences and flexibility of delivery to communicate key messages. Tracey Farrow Project Manager Tourism and Hospitality Tracey joined FutureNow in April 2013 as Project Officer Tourism and Hospitality, coordinating the Hospitality Ambassador Program. In June 2014 Tracey took on the role of Project Manager Tourism and Hospitality. Between 2009 and 2013, Tracey worked at Tourism WA as a Research Consultant and later as a Project Officer in the Infrastructure and Investment division. Tracey started her career in marketing research and developed project management and analytical skills working in market research agencies in Johannesburg and London before settling in Perth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) majoring in Psychology and Sociology from Johannesburg University.
Ann-Marie Ryan Project Manager Creative Industries Ann-Marie recently returned home to Perth and joins FutureNow from the Natural History Museum in London where she held the position of Books and Multimedia Manager from 2005-2014. A commercial role with broad focus, it afforded her the opportunity to work closely with teams from across the creative industries including design, curatorial, content and editorial teams, and library, ICT and media professionals. She has a BA English from Curtin University where she majored in Creative Writing and Cultural Studies.
