Kartagup Djinda Ngardak is a program bringing Aboriginal school students from across WA together to share their stories through food. The program is a week-long cooking skills camp in Perth culminating in the students preparing a gala dinner, at Government House on Saturday 25th November.
WA Chefs, hospitality and food industry organisations will be supporting the students in skills development and food preparation for the gala dinner. Chef mentors will be on hand to assist in the operation of the event, affirming Aboriginal culture and youth leadership.
