In an earlier website update we advised of a preliminary report on the Review of the Industry Training Advisory Arrangements in Western Australia. Yesterday the Minister for Education and Training, the Hon Mark McGowan MLA announced that the final report from the State Training Board had been accepted and that new arrangements would be in place later this year. The FutureNow industries will form part of a new Training Council which will include: Arts, Recreation, Information, Media and Telecommunications, Hospitality and Tourism.
