The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) is seeking applications from organisations interested in undertaking WELL projects. The aim of the WELL program is to assist organisations to train workers in English language, literacy and numeracy skills through specialised flexible training.

FutureNow congratulates all 2008 WA Training Award winners who were announced at a presentation dinner at the Burswood Entertainment Complex. FutureNow would like to acknowledge the efforts of Courtney Braham who was a finalist in the category of Trainee of the Year after undertaking a fitness traineeship with the Eastern Goldfields YMCA. WA winners will have the opportunity to represent the state at the Australia Training Awards which will be held in Darwin on 20 November 2008.
