Mal Gammon, Chief Executive Officer
Mal was employed in 1990 as the inaugural CEO of the Arts Industry Training Council as it was then known. Mal has been instrumental in influencing training reforms for industry and is recognised as a leading VET professional by industry, Government, and training organisations alike. Mal was a member of the State Training Board working party that undertook the recent review of industry training advisory arrangements in Western Australia. Mal has previously worked in the banking industry and in Association Management and has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management; is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute; and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. |

Michelle Sidebottom, Project Manager Tourism and Hospitality
Michelle brings a wealth of vocational education and training, tourism and hospitality industry experience to FutureNow and holds Diplomas in Tourism and Business Marketing fields. Michelle has worked with organisations such as the Aspen Group, Hospitality Group Training WA, Yalgorup Eco Park, Joondalup Resort Hotel and Country Club, 5 star resorts in Japan and Malaysia, and her own tourism, hospitality and project management consultancy firm, Breakaway Business Solutions. |

Rachael Davidson, Project Manager Sport, Recreation and Entertainment
Rachael has been employed by FutureNow since 2007 upon completion of her Bachelor of Sport Management from Edith Cowan University. Prior to undertaking her tertiary studies, Rachael worked with South West Regional College of TAFE in Bunbury. Rachael also holds VET qualifications in Business studies and Small Business Administration, and is an active participant in the sport and fitness industries. |

Paul Muenchow, Project Manager Information, Art and Design
Paul has over 20 years in the hospitality and service industry. The last five year has seen him working for an RTO and GTO in the role of Training Consultant and Business Development Manager. With a strong understanding of VET he recently completed the new training and assessment qualification TAE40110 as well as a certificate IV in Business. He believes that training is not a choice but a necessity to grow and develop a business and hopes that he can influence those within the Creative industry to embrace this. Describing himself as a visual person he enjoys Arts and culture and although challenging is looking forward to what lies ahead. |

Jo Chapman, Project Officer Tourism and Hospitality
Jo Chapman works is responsible for coordinating the FutureNow Hospitality Ambassador Project and will assist Project Manager Michelle Sidebottom with other tourism, hospitality and events projects over the next twelve months. Jo has a strong projects and research background, a Bachelor of Arts in Education and has previously worked for local and Federal members of Government, ABC Radio Bunbury, TVW 7, GWN and the Australian Hotels Association (WA). |
